I am a Microsoft Certified Professional computer engineer, having passed examinations in numerous areas ranging from TCP/IP (the communications protocol used on the Internet) to Windows Operating Systems. I have worked in the IT industry for over 30 years with experience ranging from IBM Mainframe computers to handheld devices such as the Apple iPhone and Android Smartphones.

I specialise in providing Microsoft Windows based computer support for domestic home users and small businesses. I provide affordable professional support services for either stand-alone personal computers or small networks of computers. I charge a flat hourly rate for my services (1 hour minimum and then charged in 15 minute increments). There are no call out charges or travel costs if you are within my area of coverage (see below).
